Resident Evil 5 Demo .....

After playing online the above game, I find out that, with one exception, all the players are veritable daffers. They don't know how to win the game. I like to advise that when playing the Public Assembly scene, the trick is to stay alive for as long as possible until help comes from Kirk. As Sheva or Chris, one should move about to avoid the big wog with the jagged axe.

After coming out of the first house, and out of the smashed gate, Chris runs to collect the machine gun and turn back to collect ammo from the coconut, barrel and on the table. Sheva should be as close to Chris as possible. Then Chris runs to climb the steps and on to the roof of the long shed to collect more ammo or to the square roof of another shed to collect green herb. 

This is the best place to fight the wogs. Using knife here is a good way to save ammo. Being on a small area, Chris and Sheva can help another should one of the them is being gripped by the wogs. Another reason is that the big wog cannot come here because he cannot jump.

All you do is kill as many wogs as possible until the helicopter arrives to smash the red door with an RPG.

In the Shanty Town, the trick is to kill the chainsaw wog. The game ends only when this wog dies. As with the first scene, it's better for Sheva to stick close to Chris. By being close to one another, both can swap items from each other. Make sure that before confronting the chainsaw wog, Chris and Sheva  be properly equipped with ammo, herbs and whatnots.

A good plan is for Chris to use the sniper to kill the chainsaw wog while Sheva handles the other wogs. Chris has to stay as far away from the wog to use his sniper rifle effectively. He may have to run around, in and out of any house or climb up and down the concrete steps to put himself at some distance from the chainsaw wog. Six to seven rounds from the rifle to the wog's head are adequate to kill him.

Serves the bastards right ...

With sadistic pleasure, I welcome with glee the news on the troubled capitalists of the west. I shouldn't though because what happens to those capitalists would infect the economy of Malaysia. Not too long ago, these people - the finance institutions, the car manufacturers, the hedge fund financiers, and indeed the governments of the western world - castigated Malaysia, particularly the Prime Mininister then, Mahathir, for helping out Malaysian economy by hitting back at the financial terrorists by way of capital controls, for setting up institutions to buy the corporate debts, and so on during the Asian Financial crisis of 1997/1998. They claimed that Mahathir should not do this nor that and that if the companies failed, let them; because it was their fault for being inefficient, muddled in corruption, or simply incapable of management.

But today, you hear about Barack Obama bailing out corporations using billions of USD, of the leaders in Europe such as Gordon Brown and Angela Merkle bailing out companies in the billions of sterling and euro.

Every other day you hear on TV of corporate failures, of financial frauds in the billions of USD, of the laying off workers in USA, Europe, Japan and even China. Even the highly secured bank vaults of Switzerland are not spared. There are talks of recession not seen in the last 80 years; so much so that using such words as recession and depression are more or less discouraged.   

Naughty Eli ..

The behaviour of Elizabeth Wong reminds me of an amateur porno starlet who styles herself as Naughty Allie. In her resignation speech, she said that she did no wrong. The fact that having a 32-year old boyfriend by the name of Hilmi Malik (from MM-18/02/08) sharing her privacy, taking photographs of her whilst sleeping suggests that she is doing a lot of wrong although she apparently is not aware that fornication is illegal. Just check the statute books. Just imagine what a 39-year old spinster would do with a prime 32-year old man during her spare time in privacy. Playing cards !

Of course, her antics are not like those of Naughty Allie who enjoys having sexual trysts with men and even women, and being videoed for display on the internet. In my time, I know a number of sexually frustrated spinsters who look prim and proper in public but Messalinas when in private. The only thing I do not do is to photograph or video them while they were at it.
