My biorhythm is upset ...

Ahh, for the last 10 days or so, I have not been sleeping regularly because of the EURO 2008. While Germany are  expected to proceed beyond the Group stage, the surprise team is Russia. Turkey had at least done quite well in the World Cup 2006. In Andrei Ashavan, Russia now have a player in the class of a Johann Cruff or a Franz Beckenbaur who can singlehandedly inspire his team to become Euro Champions. Ballack, while a good midfielder, is occasionally lazy to run for the ball and lacks the ball skill of a Platini.

In my book, Russia will beat Spain, and go on to become Euro Champions.
