Radovan Karadzic ...

At last, justice has caught up with Radovan Karadzic. This man, a former Serb President, is responsible for the deaths of 300,000 Bosnians, mostly Muslims, during the "ethnic cleansing" pogrom perpetrated by the Serbs against the Bosnians in former Yugoslavia. The man with the unruly crop of hair has been hiding in monasteries, caves, for 13 years after the end of the Bosnian-Serbian war in early 1990s.
